At Pizz’Aurora, we don’t rush perfection. We believe that a great pizza starts with the dough, which is why ours is allowed a cold rise for over 12 hours.
This long, slow fermentation process creates a crust that is incredibly light, airy, and easy to digest, with that signature wood-fired blister you’d expect from the streets of Naples. It’s the “Slow Life” philosophy, applied to your dinner.
